Internship @ Spire Associates

THE IMPERIALE RESIDENCE

Complete renovation of a 3-storey linked bungalow.

This was the first project that was given to me during my internship at Spire Associates and I was responsible for most of the design decisions and 3D renderings. The areas of the house that I've rendered with Lumion software included the exterior of the house, kids' bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, powder room and family hall.

CONDOMINIUM @ RIVERINE

Master Bedroom & Bathrooms renovation with modern classic theme.

This project was given to me during my internship at Spire Associates and I was responsible for most decision making in this project. My responsibilities include site visits, discussions with client of the brief and preliminary drawings, formulation of budgets or estimates, preparing bill of quantity and inspecting construction.

The drawings took me 3 weeks to complete while the renovation took two months and was completed during late August 2017.
